  The service has changed a lot over the years. It is now the best I've ever experienced. There is a very kind woman who seems always to be working when I stop in, and she values customers no matter how often they're there. The food is great, and I've yet to have a problem beyond typical, occasional restaurant mistakes. They're licensed, clean, and they have a beautiful view of the Ottawa River. Best place to stop between Deep River and North Bay.

  Great food and lovely service! Has a great historical atmosphere and beautiful views of the nearby river. Food can be a bit pricy at times but well worth it!
